Day 42 Yahoo!!!!!

What a feast it has been!

As I reflect on this journey of cultivating and feeding my Joy body i see all the different ways joy can be uncovered and discovered within. I recognize that Joy is not the same as pleasure, or even happiness. It has nothing to do with the outer, the other, circumstances, or anything that can be controlled by the ego mind. I see how happiness can be a choice, by shifting my thinking, and focusing on gratitude. But Joy goes deeper it is beneath all emotions and can only be accessed by allowing all emotions to be felt by dropping down beneath the surface of the feeling into the core.

It was not surprising to me how in my invocation to feel and expand the energy of Joy within me I brought to the surface a myriad of other emotions. I had days where I was taken under by a tsunami of sadness and other feelings that hide the joy. The darkness of this night was a womb for the dawn and it became a stepping stone to Joy.

I have experienced since then the Joy that bubbles up out of the deep belly for no reason at all.

What a ride it is to trust and surrender and to feel it all, trusting that Joy is always there.

When I am Present to feel it All and All-ow ( ow is the ouch of some of the other emotions)the aliveness leads me home.

To Source, to Re-Source, and to Re-memeber that this is the Truth of my BEing . I AM Joy!

When I love myself and others it opens the gates for joy to flow, for more Joy to Grow!

The Joy seed that was planted 42 days ago as bared much fruit and I feel the bounty of this harvest. Now it is time to share it with others.

I celebrate this anniversary of 9/11 in this year 2011, the year of mastery, as a day of harvesting the seeds of humanity that have grown ,the seeds of love, joy, and peace that will continue to grow and flourish as we dream this New Earth into BEing.

With Joy as our goal we create a life in such a way that more and more Joy becomes possible!

This place is a dream.

Only a sleeper considers it real.

Then death comes like dawn.

And you will wake up laughing at what you thought was your grief.

Let's loose our mind's and become the Fool and let go of all the rules and realizes the Genius, the Brilliance, of the no mind, free to see a world full of possibilities. The Fool is the breeding ground for intuitive inspiration and ingenious inspiration.

Let's play in a new way, that sees through the eyes of innocence, from a clear space, from beginners mind, a child's mind!

If we stay stuck in the old mind we will get the same old results. When we look at the world as it appears to be, especially on the news, we could say that the world has gone mad.

So let's go mad like the Mad Hatter and have a new tea party, one where we invite all of our outrageous, wacky, friends and dream up a new show. A Tee Hee party where we laugh until we wake up and see that we have been using our imagination for destruction rather than creation. NOW let's imagine what would happen if we used it to see through the key hole to the true reality that is waiting for you and for me.

Today I am feasting on Joy with a new Kindalooney community. Tonight I will be joining thousand's around the world as we gather with other Divine Fools to realize ( Real Eyes) that we can laugh ourselves awake, as we begin a 5 week teleconference"A Course in Laughter" with Swami Beyondananda. We will be using the power of the Fool to break through all the insanity and see a new Humoranity that is upWising and creating a play movement, a laughter lift off, raising consciousness as we raise our vibration to Joy.

Laughter as a labor of Love !

My approach towards life is that of laughter. And laughter contains love, laughter contains joy and laughter contains gratitude. Laughter contains a tremendous thankfulness towards God. When you are really in deep belly laughter, your ego disappears. It happens very rarely in any other activity, but in laughter it is bound to happen. If the laughter is total the ego cannot exist; nothing kills the ego like laughter. That’s why all egoists are serious. Ego can exist only in seriousness; ego lives, feeds on seriousness. And serious people are dangerous people. We have to destroy all kinds of seriousness in the world. Temples should be full of laughter and song and dance and celebration. That’s how trees are, stars are, rivers are, oceans are. The whole existence, except man, is in a non serious state; only man seems to be very serious. No child is born serious, remember, but we destroy the innocence of the child. We destroy his qualities of wonder and awe, we destroy his laughter, we destroy everything that is beautiful and valuable, and instead we give him a load to carry on his head — of knowledge, of theology, of philosophy. The more and more he becomes educated by us, the more and more he loses all sense of humor. He can’t see any humor in existence because he starts living through his knowledge; he knows everything. Because of his knowledgeability all wonder is destroyed. Because of his knowledgeability, the greatest religious quality — awe — is killed.

Wake up Laughing!

I was stuck in the spiritual paradigm of serious practice, doing everything that I needed to do to reach enlightenment, to awaken. I got sick, tired and my life force was diminishing, the more and more I tried to do I knew I was through with the all the doing and undoing setting myself free to be Kindalooney, that is to step out of the madness of the mind and into no mind, laughing, shaking, Holy Fool's quaking, tapping back into the Mojo and letting go to the Divine flow.

I believe En-Light-I-Am-ment is to become as a child again, to Play, Dance, Sing, Laugh, releasing all the voices that told you to be quiet, to sit still, that it was not an appropriate time to laugh, moving beyond appropriate, beyond rules, beyond right and wrong, into the freedom of the soul to express itself spontaneously and ecstatically.

Kindalooney Yoga was founded on these principles

If Yoga is union then it is time to tune in to the Looney tunes,and sing our hearts open. To laugh ourselves awake from the oh so serious dream of duality. To look in the mirror and laugh with the one that takes it all so seriously.

To laugh at ourselves is to see ourselves!

Let laughter be your labor of love that you offer the world on this Labor Day. As we are in this time of planetary birth and the labor has seemed intense let each contraction be accompanied by a big belly laugh that eases the contraction and opens to the expansion of JOY, opens to the expansion Gratitude,opens to Love.

I received this in my morning mail, a message from Spirit to start my day in a gratitude way,

Becoming the theme of this blessed day. At my Sunday morning dance church we finish the dance in circle and offer a word, or a feeling, that we are feeling into the center . Today the consistent word and feeling was gratitude. Nothing shifts your energy like gratitude. It has become a daily practice for me, feasting on the feeling as a snack throughout my day. Since today is a day that I remember we are One I offer you this from the One that is thee in me . May this feast of Agape feed you ,may it's seeds grow and flourish in your life?

I am grateful and I feel the Joy arise when I get to share a snack with you. Yahooooooooooo!

Gratitude

I share my debt of gratitude with all my spiritual friends
Whether Christians, Muslims, Jews, and such or even Buddhist zens
Regardless of the place we live or where your faiths begun
My gratitude begins with this, "I've learned that we are One."

I'm grateful for the many days when clarity is strong
As well as those it "seems" that life has somehow led me wrong
For it's those times that awaken me and nudge me toward the light
Till once again my hopes and dreams are clearly held in sight.

I'm grateful for the love within the circles that I dwell
My family, friends and even those who've made life seem like hell
For each of those have taught me more regarding how to Love
Provide me feelings to express these things that I write of.

I am grateful for the right to dream, to hope, to wish, and know
That all my thoughts are merely seeds which based on Love must grow
That if I'll think them consciously and nurture them with care
These visions held, my hearts desires, will soon be waiting there.

I'm grateful for the fact I've learned that we consciously create
That to mold and shape a life desired I must keep my thinking straight
That when the fear that shows it's head which is based on false belief
I have free will to change the thoughts to those that bring relief.

I'm grateful too for false beliefs which led me on my quest
For mentors met along the way I truly do feel blessed
Who clearly showed me of the need to understand my worth
And deeper truth which promises a life divine on earth.

I'm grateful for the fear I feel at times because I know
That when it's felt it's purging power exists to help me grow
The awareness of its presence shows there's something more to learn
That my focus must stay fixed on Love to attract these things I yearn.

I'm grateful for the joy I feel, I'm grateful for the fear
Understanding what it is and that it draws me near
To the life I know is waiting on the other side
And when it comes I must hold fast and use it as a guide.

My gratitude goes deeper still for breath, for sight, for life
For those teachers who have taught me that my "thoughts" create my strife
I'm grateful for the plan which says whatever you receive
Is only based on feelings felt, based on what you believe.

I'm grateful for all nature, the birds the grass, the trees
The lakes which hold abundant life, a summer evenings breeze
The clouds above the ground below, the moon, the stars, the sun
The days and nights which represent that another day is done.

I'm grateful for the time to spend to deeply go within
To tap into the Source of truth that's sure to help me win
For it is there that truth comes known regardless what is taught
In man made circles of the world that form restrictive thought.

I'm grateful for all wisdom learned as I go through life
Like words expressed in anger hurt, and only lead to strife
That truth will stand the test of time, that Love will show the way
That thoughts and feelings of the past are what create today.

I'm grateful too for all my friends who are reading this today
For the bond that we have formed since your paths have crossed my way
And for the future and all it brings for all we have to share
The giving of ourselves to show the world how much we care.

I've learned to stay in gratitude no matter how things seem
That perceptions held as negatives will only slow your dream
So even though my path will lead through troubled spots I know
I must keep on, keep focus fixed, on life's abundant flow.

There's so much that I'm grateful for though sometimes I'll forget
Beliefs rekindled from the past that I perceive as threats
It is these times I must remind myself of what I know
That when they show there presence that they're here to help me grow.

One final thought I'll share today before I say I'm through
I'm so grateful for these words to give today to all of you
It is my wish that they will help you keep the attitude
Which leads to that which you desire and comes through gratitude?

Living in Spirit through Spontaneity!

Have you ever noticed how when you are stuck in fear and worry the syncronicities decrease and nothing has that magical, MUSEicle feel. Fear does not play in the same playground with the Muse. The Muse aligns with play not with worry, self-doubt, and all the other frequencies that keep us stuck in the muck of the mind.When we align with intentional play we set ourselves free and we begin to see the syncronicities, that are their to keep us inspired and to keep are awareness open.

So it is time to put on a new pair of turquoise colored glasses and see as the Muse sees through the lens of wonder and awe, turning up the volume on the bandwidth of Bliss, and listen to what really is trying to bust through and connect with you. To smell the sweet scent of a refreshing spring rain that has just washed away the brain and all its crazy limited thoughts.To touch and taste the lusciousness of each and every moment with your rarified awareness that is tuned into Presence. When Spirit is leading the way it is bound to be a JOY-Full day. When we let go of needing to know and step into the mystery of the unknown we open the door for in-Spirit-ation to flow.To let go of all that seems real so we can see a whole other reality that is filled with light, opening us to new sight.

Today I put on a new pair of Mr Magoo lenses magnifying all that was new that was wanting to come through,lightening up my oh so heavy load with lots of love, laughter,and letting go, so Spirit could show me the way home to the Divine that I AM . Nothing on the external appears to of changed but I know that when my internal changes my external has to follow.

Thank you for lightening my Spirit and getting me onto the Muse's playground where the frequency of Joy is the feast of the day.

Just Move! I have recognized when I am feeling stuck or feeling my energy focusing on fear based thoughts that I usually am very sedentary. I have seen how fast it can shift when I get up and MOVE, any movement will do but what really works for me is shaking it free. YES, the shaking medicine help the fear go down and the JOY rise up. It is amazing how the body wisdom knows this, have you ever been in a fearful situation and your body starts to tremble and shake, that is it's natural way of releasing the fear that is in the emotional body. BRILLIANT BODY!

So when the fear starts to make you tremble remember it is there to help release the energy, invite it in, let the shaking take over, let go of control and let the body Rock and Roll.

I pulled the Sage of Cups Regenerator card this morning, this was part of the message.

I could not of said it better, in fact I see this as a message from my Higher Self.This continues to be my experience as I explore the potency of feeding the Joy Body and deepening in my

Joy of Being. When I plug myself into my Joy circuit it is like plugging myself into a generator, feeling the currency of Aliveness lighting me up.

Imagine a world lit up by people living in Joy!

Watch what happens when you share a smile or a laugh with a complete stranger, they immediately feel plugged into your heart.

The Heart is the generator and when it is generous in it's sharing it multiplies.

This message came through the face of the Sage, the Wise Wo/men, because as we grow in wisdom we recognize the true fountain of youth is in our ability to laugh and not take life so serious. Look in mirror and put your most serious face on, see how old it makes you look. Now start to laugh or smile and watch the frown be turned upside down. Watch the lines disappear and the light appear.
