I was sitting Day in a restaurant about to eat dinner by myself and my phone rang, I don't usually answer it in that circumstance, but I felt the need to. The person calling was a dear friend that had just spent 2 weeks visiting me. She was feeling that somehow she had lost her joy because she didn't have the reflection of joy that she sees in me. We sat in a deep heart space listening after her share and a song started to play in the restaurant it became very load and everything else became very distant and a whole new scene arose. The song was" Last Dance," as the melody began to carry me into another dimension I was no longer in a restaurant alone eating dinner I was in a disco with rainbow lights flooding my awareness and feeling the Joy of dancing with another. I literally arose from my chair and started to dance ecstatically and invited her to join me in this dance, we where no longer in separate worlds, we had jumped into another space and time where all we felt was the love and the joy of the dance, the dance of unity. We broke through the barrier of the belief that we where alone and transcended into the Divine Disco Dancing the Divine and finding our way back to the Joy that is always here, now and forever more.
