ZIPPITY DO DA ZIPPITY DAY MY OH MY WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY!

The power of a song to shift your energy is immense! Last night I met with my weekly circle, which began as a Course in Miracles circle about 4 yrs. ago with the intention of supporting each other in the process of waking up to the TRUTH. We have gone through many layers of undoing, most of it felt very serious and was not very comfortable or fun. Lately our focus has shifted to celebrating our gifts and the joy it gives us in sharing them. Before it was focused on our awakening and now it is more on how can we serve in our own unique way. One of my circle sisters is a gifted musician and songstress. Her songs of past have been about the spiritual journey and all its different passages. Lately she has been drawn to sharing sing along songs that are light and playful yet still filled with deep devotion and love for God/dess. Our last few circle' s have ended with these sing alongs. Last night we realized that we where called to sing rather than share the same old stories of our struggles and our ahaa's. We started with a chorus of Alleluia which turned into a Ha Ha Luia, shifting the words into a ha ha got us laughing and realizing this is where the energy felt ALIVE!

We then started singing with the sound's of chicken's replacing the words with chicken sounds, then pig sounds, before you knew it we where clucking away in Divine Madness.

We sang songs that declared how happy we felt and how great it was to get out of the way and let the Divine Play in the most magical way.

We ended our night with Zippity Do Da Zippity Day my oh my what a Wonderful Day plenty of Sunshine coming my way Zippity Do Da Zippity Day!

My day ended with this song and as I slowly started to slip into this new day the first thought that dropped into my waking mind was Zippity Do Da Zippity Da Oh how Happy I am to have another Day!

This must be why I love musicals, a life that is sung is a life that is lived in a joyous way.

Singing, Dancing,Expressing with all our Heart is a great start to creating a world that lives from the Heart!
