When i let my mind go and Surrender into the Flow and Feel the Ridiculousness of my Seriousness and tune into a New Bandwidth that is childlike and playful i can feel the

JOY start to GROW.

All I have to do is start the laughter engine, sometimes it sounds like lawn mower and sometimes it sounds like a soft flutter that get's my mind out of the gutter. To be the fOOl that doesn't know what is going to come next and doesn't care because all that really matters is the Now. And when I am in the NOW nothing matters except what is right now. I feel Presence, I feel the Joy of BEing.

Laughter is a Lubricant for Consciousness to Emerge.

Sometimes I need some foreplay such as dancing, singing, skipping to get the chi of glee moving. Whatever it takes to empty out the mind, or get out of my mind, they are both the same. Emptiness comes from being in the heart not the mind.

When I am empty I can be filled with the Divine Fool Force that shoots arrows of glee into my heart opening it wide to be free to see through eyes of Equanimity. Not needing a situation or an experience to access this state of JOY.

For this is our natural state of Being, when we are BEING!
