Day 5

Greeting the Day Ecstatically

"I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own, if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, to be realistic, to remember the limitations of being human."

Awakening to another glorious day! I stumbled from the dream world into the waking dream, rubbing the sleep from my eyes and opening my inner eye that can see past the illusion of 3D reality and see Heaven Here Now. Before I opened my eyes I smiled and felt my interior landscape responded with a Yes to greeting this day with a smile on my face.My first stop was to greet the sun so i moved to my front porch where I stood arms stretched open wide with the reflection of a still strong mountain standing before me radiating its beauty,trees pulsing with aliveness,birds singing there morning greeting song, early morning light dancing blessing this new day. My heart started to pound with the beat of a strong drum celebrating another day in Heaven. I began my morning Chi dance naked in the sun, allowing the sun to fill my solar pack with energy,fuel for my day.

My body was now ready to receive an anointing with Ayurvedic oils filled with blessed herbs. As I caressed my body with loving appreciation massaging the oils with the sound of the vibration of MMMMMMzzzzzzzz inviting the skin to drink in this love. Now I was ready to drop into my meditation. I began with my reading from the Course of Miracles which was another reminder of the choice to let go of the dream of the world that is filled with illusion and open to see Heaven here and now. All i need to do is to forgive this dream and i am free. Ahhhhhhhhhh......

I choose to let the joy fill me from the tips of my toes to the top of my head, to feel the flush of this Divine rush.

To see with new eyes that realize the reality of duality is a choice, I choose to see past polarity and see with the I of singularity.

My life is lived in ecstatic union with the Divine!

Gratitude flows like a mighty river through my soul!
